Typing Greek

How to type Greek in the BSTGreek font using the regular keyboard:
 

A. The obvious letters

a = alpha (a) (i.e., type "a" for alpha)
b = beta (b)
g = gamma (g)
d = delta (d)
e = epsilon (e)
z = zeta (z)
i = iota (i)
k = kappa (k)
l = lamda (l)
m = mu (m)
n = nu (n)
o = omicron (o)
p = pi (p)
r = rho (r)
s = sigma (s)
t = tau (t)
u = upsilon (u)
w = omega (w)

B. The less obvious letters

h = eta (h)
q = theta (q)
x = xsi (x)
f = phi (f)
c = chi (c)
y = psi (y)
    There are two ways to type a final sigma ("):
" (quotation mark) or
ß (small sharp s)

C. The breathing marks

j = smooth breathing
J = rough breathing

e.g., oJ = oJ


D. Other diacritical marks
